Q01Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee, no onboarding fee and no monthly platform fee. You pay once for a plan, and top up accounts later only if you need more.
Q02What spreads do my traders get?
Raw. Orders are filled against the live feed; we do not widen the spread to take a cut of your traders' trading.
Q03Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for your plan. There are no monthly fees. If you need more accounts later, top up at your plan's per-account rate, and the more you add, the lower it gets.
Q04What is the built-in prop dashboard?
Every trading account comes with its own prop dashboard inside the executor. It is created from the account type you set up, so there is nothing to build, and it works even if your firm has no dashboard of its own.
Q05Can I build my own dashboard instead?
Yes. API access for every account is included from the first plan, so you can build your own dashboard on top of it. The Growth plan unlocks full API access.
Q06Do my traders get their own login?
No. Traders don't have accounts on the platform. You create a trader record in the admin panel and hand them the executor credentials (Account Number, Password, Server) for the account they're running.
Q07Can I use my own branding on the executor?
Yes. The Basic and Growth plans unlock full branding on the trading terminal your traders use, so it carries your firm's identity end to end. Starter includes minimum branding.
Q08How are rule breaches enforced?
The rule engine checks every account's frozen rule set against every price tick as it arrives, synchronously rather than on a delayed batch schedule, so a breach is caught the moment it happens.
